The tenant improvements consisted of a 50,000 SF main office, multiple remote restrooms and breakrooms, a robust material handling network, (2) additional 4000 AMP electrical services, fully air-conditioned space, hydraulic levelers, and 30 F.C LED high bay lighting throughout.
