Perform design build services for a 32,208 square feet steel framed two story office building with on and off site utility improvements including on site 200KW backup generator.

The build out is comprised of IT rooms, a multifunctional 160-person capacity auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and visual, multiple custom private offices with custom executive offices. Build out includes a cafeteria with coffee bars and break areas.
