SAN DIEGO – October 4, 2018 – Sunroad Enterprises and Majestic Realty Co. broke ground today on Majestic Sunroad Center, a new Class-A, three-building, industrial development located in San Diego’s Otay Mesa neighborhood. City of San Diego Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer celebrated the groundbreaking alongside dozens of community and business leaders eager to bring a new project that will support growing businesses and meet current market demand for industrial space.
“Industrial projects like Majestic Sunroad Center help fuel our regional economy and create places businesses need to grow and continue creating high-quality jobs for San Diegans,” said Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer. “Majestic Sunroad Center will be an opportunity for our innovation, manufacturing and distribution companies to expand their footprint and bolster the economic competitiveness of the entire San Diego region.”
Majestic Sunroad Center will encompass 227,000 square feet of industrial space across three buildings, featuring first-rate amenities and design features. By providing three separate buildings of unique sizes, Majestic Sunroad Center offers needed adaptability to accommodate a range of businesses, from small to large, that represent a variety of local industries.

With decades of medium-to-large-scale development experience each, Majestic Sunroad Center is the debut industrial project in San Diego County for the Sunroad Enterprises and Majestic Realty Co. partnership. Recent market trends and ideal conditions set the stage for Majestic Sunroad Center, which is expected to be completed in 2019.

The partnership has designed Majestic Sunroad Center to include leading–edge and function design features including 30-foot clear height, cross-dock loading, LED lighting, ESFR fire protection and secured truck courts among others to attract top-tier tenants.
