The Park at Crossroads City of Industry, CA

A 176,900 sf four story office building designed and constructed by Commerce. This building was a four story steel structure with a three story tilt-up exterior capped with fourth story of curtain wall. The tilt-up concrete panels were clad with travertine stone for a Class A Office appearance. The project included an upgraded lobby that features a grand stair up to the second floor. The project also included 84,000 sf of Tenant Improvements for the building’s first Tenant, Bank of the West. of prime industrial warehouse space upon full build-out.
