A 50 acre retail shopping center with over 470,000 sf of total retail space adjacent to Citrus Plaza shopping center in Redlands, CA. Scope included off-site improvements, on-site sitework and improvements, and multiple retail buildings. Buildings included a mix of plaster over CMU and plaster over wood framing construction. Shell and Tenant Improvement buildouts for tenants such as: 24 Hour Fitness, Bahama Bucks, Banana Republic, buybuy Baby, Chipotle, Harkins, Hobby Lobby, Justice, Kay Jewelers, Kirkland’s, Lane Bryant, Nike, Nordstrom Rack, Old Navy, Ross, Skechers, Gap, Habit Burger, Tilly’s, TJ Maxx, and Ulta.
