About
Tenant improvement work included construction of approximately 32,000 sf cooler/freezer with glycol floor warming system, roof structure upgrades to accommodate freezer/cooler equipment and insulated ceiling panels. Furnished and installed dry pendent fire sprinkler system in cooler/freezer space after installation of insulated ceiling and wall panels. Installed new insulated sectional doors at cool dock area. Upgraded (18) truck dock loading positions with new automatic levelers, dock locks, seals, and dock lights. Upgrade of existing electrical service to accommodate an additional 1200 amp need.
Constructed approximately 27,000 sf of additional trailer parking. The work included continuous reinforced concrete dolly pad and additional site lighting.
Office improvements included a two story main office area totaling 5,760 sf and a 3,300 sf shipping/receiving office.
