Design-Build LEED certified 977,000 square foot building on a 70 acre site. Includes 22,000 sf 2-story office, 600 trailer parking stalls and 300 car parking stalls.
The building also includes a 20,000 sf Freezer and 197,000 sf Cooler with a 93,000 sf Convertible Room. The Freezer/Cooler system features an ammonia system with a combination of hanging evaporators and penthouse evaporators.
There is a 32 ft height clearance throughout the building and includes lighting consisting of 6 lamp, T5 fluorescent fixtures with motion sensors at the ends of aisles, 45FC avg at dock bays and 25FC avg in warehouse. The building also includes a 1600 KW backup emergency generator.
The dock equipment is fully automated and includes levelers, doors and restraints.
